To iron on:
Set iron to cotton (150 - 170c) and position on the motif. Cover the motif with a damp cloth to prevent any scorching. Press the iron over the motif for up to 30 seconds with out moving. DO NOT use steam. Wait for the motif to cool completely and it will seal. DO NOT use on waterproof, elasticated or heat sensitive.
To glue:
Use a glue gun to quickly adhere to your chosen surface.
To sew on:
Stitch on around the outside with small stitches, you may need a thimble as you have to push the needle through the thick material!
